Focused Topic Collection: Si-based lithium ion battery materials
Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) have revolutionized the consumer electronics market and are commonplace in devices such as smart phones that have transformed the manner by which we access information and communicate with one another. LIBs are also used in electric vehicles wherein the devices provide propulsion power to vehicular components and capture energy during braking, and in the electricity supply industry wherein the devices enhance power quality and reliability. Articles in this collection include XPS data records for Silicon-Based Materials for Li-Ion Battery Electrodes.
