Is liquid helium‐three a superfluid? This is a possible explanation of some nuclear magnetic resonance studies done at Cornell. The results, which appear to show two transitions in the liquid at temperatures in the region of a few millidegrees Kelvin, could be experimental evidence for a phenomenon first predicted in the early 1960's.
