Ivan L. Nixon, vice president in charge of Bausch and Lomb Optical Company's scientific instrument division, died on June 25 at the age of sixty‐five after a brief illness. He was a member of the Optical Society of America and chairman of the optical section of the Scientific Apparatus Makers of America.
