Education, manpower head

Arnold A. Strassenburg of the University of Kansas has been named director of the institute's education and manpower division starting 1 Sept. Strassenburg will devote half of his time to his new post and during the other half will serve as professor of physics at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he will participate in SUNY's intercollege collaboration in physics.
