The carbon particles laser burning by relatively low densities of the absorbed power of laser radiation and low ambient gas temperatures is ascantily explored problem. In the given work the critical and time characteristics of laser burning of a spherical carbon particle, on the surface of which two heterogeneous chemical reactions progress, are studied.
