Satellite communication is a very complicated issue thinking guiding it from the ground. Laser guiding system is a very efficient for this purpose.

The satellite will contain a Laser control panel where there will be a laser receptor and control unite. It will act as on the ground control center. Laser pulses sent to switch its activity and to make its trajectories.
