High temperature (up to 1000 ℃) stable and high reflectivity (99.85%) fiber Bragg gratings are fabricated in non-sensitized SMF-28 optical fiber using femtosecond laser exposure under a phase mask. The reflectivity of the grating is basically unchanged after isochronal annealing up to 1000 ℃ for long time.
