The pequliarities of heat processes in nonhomogeneous solid bodies subjected to laser radiation are analysed by numerical simulation. The geometries under consideration are: coating on a substrate, axially symmetric cylinders enclosed one another. The materials with different heat transfer properties are considered: Al2O3 and Mo coatings on Fe substrate, enclosed cylinders from copper and mild steel. The strong influence of variation of heat transfer properties on heating-cooling and melting-solidification dynamics is shown.
