Substrate material preparation, surface finishing and coating technologies as well as evaluation technologies are developed to manufacture metal mirrors and transmissive optics made of ZnSe and kCl substrates. These optics are installed to 20kW laser and to CO2 Laser Processing Subsystem in Tsukuba FMSC Test Plant and are now tested.
