The received results show, that by an irradiation of continuous films by powerful laser radiation it is possible to form nanodots by evaporation of films and at the expense of formation nanocrystals at crystallization of amorphous films. The size of such nanocrystals depends on size of a laser spot dimension in a point of an irradiation, from capacity and from duration of a laser pulse. Using ultra-violet radiation of excimer lasers and systems of exact positioning it is possible to receive regular distribution magnetic nanocrystals with the size less than 100 nm.
