Special issue for the 10th International Conference on Vortex Flow Mechanics (ICVFM 2023)

ICVFM2023 is the tenth conference in a series of successful meetings commenced in 1999, which provides a communication platform for the international researchers, engineers and practitioners in the field of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, with an emphasis on vortex flow and its applications. ICVFM2023 was held in the hybrid format of onsite and online in 16-19 October 2023 at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. Over 90 participants from 10 countries joined in the conference, and most of them were in person. There are 76 papers reported, and the excellent papers are selected for the POF special issue for ICVFM 2023.
