Associating Polymers
Associative polymers offer exciting opportunities for stimuli-responsive structures and exhibit reversible properties, from rubber to liquidlike properties. They also have interesting self-healing character. The objective of the Special Issue in 2017 was to present research which brings new insight on the complex dynamics of associating polymers. Since then, JoR is the home of many papers on associating polymers, including ionomers, hydrogen bonding polymers, telechelic polymers, supramolecular networks and hydrophobically modified polymers.
