2D Materials: Growth and Characterization
The papers that comprise this special topic present new methods for increasing the functionality of 2D materials by creating heterostructures with multiple active layers, novel approaches to device fabrication, and chemical modification during growth. Several of the papers also demonstrate the growth and characterization of novel 2D structures as well as new characterization methods to access the electronic structure of 2D materials. Check out these articles below to read the latest research in a rapidly advancing field.
