David S-K. Ting, Ph.D., is the founder of the Turbulence & Energy Laboratory at the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He is co-author to more than 150 journal papers, co-editor of eighteen volumes, and author of four textbooks. Professor Ting is the recipient of ASME Heat Transfer Division 2018 Best Reviewer of the Year, ASHRAE Chapter Service Award for 2008, and the University of Windsor Award for Excellence in Scholarship, Research and Creative Activity for 2003 and 2009.

Jacqueline A. Stagner, Ph.D., is the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Technical communication is one of her main teaching responsibilities and her research is focused on sustainability and the environment. Dr. Stagner is the co-editor of eight books and is currently authoring more. She has disseminated a dozen journal articles and numerous book chapters.
