Wenping Cao, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor with Anhui University, Hefei, China. Siliang Lu, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor with Anhui University, Hefei, China. He has served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, and an editorial board member for Journal of Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnostics (ISTP Press).
