We present a technique to produce vacuum vessels with extremely thin walls. The low mass density of the wall is available for nearly the whole solid angle. The construction of the vessel is based on carbon fibers and epoxy resin. A prototype was realized for a low energy particle physics experiment on a liquid hydrogen target.
