We have found a simple error in Eq. (17) in the original paper,1 which is out by a factor of 22. It should be replaced by the following:
hth1+(f)=π2LfkTω1Q1m1.
(1)
Note that this is only a typo. The equation is derived by substituting Eq. (13) into Eq. (16) in the original paper for n = 1 and using the fact that
G21(jω)=Hx(jω)ωm1,
(2)
which leads to the above equation given by (1), which is a factor of 22 smaller than Eq. (17) in the original paper. This is only a typo, and none of the results are affected.

Note that prior work undertaken after this paper was published is consistent with Eq. (1) above.2,3
