This Erratum is presented to correct the typing mistakes in Equations (9), (11), and (12) of [Rev. Sci. Instrum. 87, 02A508 (2016)].
CORRECTION
In our paper1 we have found the minor errors of typing. The first error is found in Equation (9), placed on page 02A508-2. The value “vTe” in denominator should be written in 2nd power: “vTe2.” Finally, Equation (9) must look as
