The CompSol database reporting one of the largest collection of solvation energy data was introduced in Ref. 1. This database consists of three sub-databases, one devoted to the solvation energies of pure species, the second to data on binary mixtures not involving ionic liquids as solvent, and the third to data on binary mixtures involving ionic liquid solvents.
Recently, two of the co-authors of this erratum (S.M. and H.M.) detected anomalies in the database of solvation energies of pure species, affecting around 35% of the pure-component data.
