A set of continuum and discrete eigenfunctions is constructed for linear half‐space transport problems with single scatter albedos which are bilinear functions of position. For Hölder continuous distributions incident upon the half‐space, these eigenfunctions are proved to be half‐range complete and the expansion coefficient of the continuum eigenfunctions is proved to be continuous.
