Proceedings of the 23rd Topical Conference on High-Temperature Plasma Diagnostics
High-temperature plasma diagnostics and instrumentation is a growingly interdisciplinary field. The hardware couplings to software and data science are stronger than ever, driven in part by some of the most challenging problems in the laboratory and natural plasma environment. This biennial conference extends a long tradition in plasma instrumentation, provides an international forum to showcase the latest advances and new possibilities that include but are not limited to plasma instrumentation hardware, software, and data science. A broad spectrum of contributions are expected with impact on magnetic confinement fusion, inertial confinement fusion, space plasmas, astrophysics, industrial applications, and data science.
