Nonlinear Chemical Dynamics and Its Interdisciplinary Impact: Dedicated to Ken Showalter on the Occasion of his 70th Birthday

This Focus Issue is organized in honor of Ken Showalter who has been a leader and pioneer in the field of Nonlinear Chemical Dynamics. Ken's many contributions include work on chemical computing, quorum sensing, chaos control, chimera, front instabilities, and detailed chemical models for various autocatalytic reaction-diffusion systems. Articles in this issue aim to showcase advancements in Nonlinear Chemical Dynamics and its influence on other areas of research.
