The paper presents an approach for extraction of information for spatial structure of the human brain from Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI). The coordinates of distinguished structures in three-dimensional (3D) space are than exploited to design a 3D Spike Timing Neural Network (SNN) model of the whole brain. Simulation results demonstrate how the sensory input information spreads trough the designed 3D-SNN structure.
