We are entering an era of radical and multifaceted transformations affecting the relation: "nature-economy". More and more transformations are directly related to the development of the bioeconomy, the circular economy and complex reengineering. At the heart of these transformations are process innovations in the three markets that determine the rise of each economy: the intellectual property market, the innovation market, and the investment market. Unfortunately, the world today is still largely governed by the intellectual tools of traditional management, neglecting process innovation even in such an important area for the development of human civilization as the bioeconomy. Methods and systems based on classical theories of human behavior management and classical theories of company management are applied. The object of the study is bio-based industry, operating in the conditions of rapidly changing interaction of nature, society and business. The focus is on the growing need to develop systems and models for industrial and social monitoring through the prism of process innovations in organic production. The subject of the research are the possibilities of process innovations in organic production through the prism of complex reengineering.
