Polycystic ovary syndromes (PCOS) are one of the most important endocrines disorder that affect female fertility with serious physiological complications. This works was performed to estimate the serum levels of some related enzymatic endogens biomarker by oxidative status of COPS. This study was conducted in Al-Kut hospital in Al-Kut city, Wasit province, Iraq by (90) women's, (60) patients who diagnose with (PCOS) based on clinical, laboratory examination and history patient and (30) healthy women as control. Both study participants were dividing into group according to age ranges (16-30), (31-45) and (46-60) years old, the results revealed the occurrence of highest percentage 65% among Wasit population women's infected PCOS in the early age range (16-30) year and the highest percentage 40% of BMI with normal weight (19-24 kg/m2) of the patient's participants of study. The data reported a significant (p<0.05) increases in oxidative stress biomarkers: serum total oxidant capacity level among PCOS patients in (16-30 and 31-45) year and MDA level of late age ranges (46-60) year in compared with healthy women. Furthermore, the results of serum non-enzymatic antioxidants status observed an increase significantly (p<0.05) in mean level of (SOD) in second age ranges (31-45) year. While, the glutathione reductase (GR) level was shows a significant (p<0.05) decreased with first age range (16-30) year. As well as, a significant (p<0.05) decrease in the serum catalase concentration in all age range among PCOS patients in comparison with healthy women. Concluded from present work was reported that development of PCOS pathogenesis of Iraqi Wasit women with progress of age reflected the compensatory response status of the enzymatic endogenous antioxidants due to oxidative stress of PCOS diseases.
