A urinary tract infection (UTI) is an infection from microbes, Most UTIs are caused by bacteria, but some are caused by fungi and in rare cases by viruses. UTIs are among the most common infections in humans. The objective of this study is to investigate the bacteria from UTI and determined the suitable antibiotics for treatment against bacterial isolates and finally determined by virulence factors. This study was performed in Kirkuk hospitals from October 2018 to May 2019. All the urine samples were subjected to culturing in normal and selective media, next morphology and biochemical examination for isolation and identification of suspected bacteria, also the antibiotics sensitivity test was used in current study to choose the suitable the antibiotics for the treatment as well as virulence factor. A study was conducted on 40 samples of both of gender by 22 male and 18 females from samples of different patients have been diagnosed, and has been include: Bacteria about 30% from samples, gram negative bacteria was 9 samples, gram positive bacteria was 3 samples, and one samples of yeast. The microscopically test was conducted for the patient s urine samples and it has been found that urine samples contain by 10 of pus cell, and 3-6 cell of RBCs as well as few cells of crystal, epithelial cells, and bacteria. Many types of bacteria appeared such as, E.coli, klebsilla, and staph. aureus, according the antibiotics sensitivity test, the most antibiotic effect against bacterial isolates was the gentamycin about 66.7 %, all bacterial isolates produced heamolysin by 55.5, 76,66.6% of bacteria E.coli, klebsilla, and staph aureus respectively
