Organic agricultural systems are needed for sustainable agriculture. To overcome these challenges, researchers could make more efforts in technical improvement that environmentally acceptable, including using organic materials like manure, rock phosphate and zeolite was filtered 35 mesh (500 µm) to achieve a better outcome. The use of manure to crop production was recognized as economically viable approaches in substitution to the agrochemicals. Addition rock phosphate offers a potential utilization of this mineral phosphate as a source of P. The rock phosphate particle size played a key role in phosphate solubilization. In other hands, nanomaterial like zeolite as ameliorant proposed to minimizing fertilization losses because it has a high CEC that influence the ion exchange process in Alfisols. This study aimed to apply the manure, rock phosphate and zeolite to enhance nutrient uptake and soybean yield in an Alfisols. The experiment was entirely randomized with randomized complete block design which consisted of 9 treatments. The result showed that the application of manure, rock phosphate, and zeolite significantly increased the soil pH and CEC in the soils as well as increased nutrient uptake, 100 seed weight and soybean yield. The 5 t/ha manure, 5 t/ha rock phosphate, and 5 t/ha zeolite (P8) gave the highest the soil pH, CEC, nutrient uptake (N, P, K), 100 seed weight and soybean yield. In general, we concluded that manure, rock phosphate, and zeolite application can increase nutrient uptake and soybean yield in Alfisols.
