Internet of Things is recent emerging technology in Information Communication Technology. Lots of application nowadays uses this IoT concepts in every filed. Many research challenges also there in this field. One such most powerful application is smart Home Automation System. This paper describes the overall design and development of an individual system that incorporates a significant lowcost and flexible home controls and monitoring system for accessing and controlling house hold appliances automatically by implementing geofence technology. Remotely, the system uses the GPS location of the user through the website which can be accessed from phone and computer. Application to automatically trigger the pre-determined commands makes the smart home more secure and reduces its dependence on the human touch.
