This paper reviewed the physicochemical properties and biological activities of Phellinus polysaccharides, covering the domestic and foreign research status quo articles in latest five years. We comprehensively compared the physicochemical properties, structural characteristics and biological activities of polysaccharides isolated from fruit bodies and mycelia of different Phellinus strains, which provides the underpinnings for exploition of Phellinus polysaccharidest.
