In this paper we consider a network of micro grid systems including various distributed energy generation systems such as photo-voltaic with storage, diesel generators, wind turbines, combined heat and power system. The main objective is to satisfy heat and power for rural areas in Morocco. The maximum Pontryagin principal will be used to overcome technical constraints and track a reference load taking account the minimal cost. Simulations are given for the obtained result for a network of four micro grids with different generation and demand profiles.
