There are five work stations that are non-repetitive in the production of Stamp Batik (Batik Cap). Batik process is done manually for approximately 7 hours every day (08.00 - 15.00 WIB) hence it potentially leads to various kinds of complaints experienced by workers, including fatigue and risk for injuries. The study was conducted to evaluate the risk of muscle injury using the Posture Activity Tools Handling (PATH) method and the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method. The result of evaluation of PATH method is in the form of frequency of exposure time while OWAS method generates job risk category in the form of action level. The results of those methods were evaluated using comparison to find out the similarities, differences and degree of relationship between them. Comparison was done through three statistical tests, namely: 1) Normality Test that obtained significance value of Shapiro-Wilk test equal to 0.00, hence the data is not normally distributed, 2) Test of Correlation (Spearman), which yielded value of correlation coefficient of 0.42 and 3) The significance value that obtained 0.007 hence there is significant relation between both methods. Differentiation Test (Mann Whitney U) significance value (2-tailed) was 0.279, there is insignificant difference between PATH and OWAS.
