This article discusses the results of the spot measurement of the velocity fluctuation in the wake of two cylinders for two mutual positions and two modes of Reynolds numbers obtained using a hot wire probe (CTA method). The measurement for each setting was done at 121 points located mainly in the wake of both cylinders. The obtained fluctuations were used to evaluate the frequency spectrum, according to which the presence of the dominant frequency was ascertained. Subsequently, the maps of positions of dominant frequencies in the wake were created for both settings of the cylinders and for both modes of Reynolds numbers.
