This work has as principal goal to improve an experimental technique of Laser Biospeckle that consists of obtaining the inertia moment of the Co‐occurrence matrix of the time history of a speckle pattern (THSP). The THSP is a display that shows individual columns extracted from sequential registered images from the evolution of the pattern. To do this, it's proposed to extend an existing theoretical model, including in it, the geometry of the scatterer surface, the dynamics of the scatterers, and also develop necessary software to simulate the speckle phenomenon and THSP patterns to make possible corrections to values of inertia moment of the Co‐occurrence matrix from THSP patterns.
