The nucleus has been studied with γ‐ray spectroscopy in the reaction at a beam energy of 70 MeV. Twenty two new excited states up to an excitation energy of 13 MeV have been observed. We compare the first negative and positive parity yrast states with large‐scale‐shell‐model calculations using the Antoine code and the SDPF interaction, considering the excitation of the and nucleons to and in the sdpf valence space.
