The linearized inverse scattering method in this study reconstructs shapes of flow by low frequency wave data obtained by ultrasonic measurement, and it can be applied to practical use of NDE for civil structures. However experimental shape reconstruction by three‐dimensional inversion formulae hasn’t been notified yet. In this study, we prepare cement paste specimens and obtain backscattered waveforms form all directions surrounding flaw models. Wave data is fed into inversion formulae, and performance of the method is verified.
