It is shown that the magnetic‐pressure effect in the azimuthal direction in the heliosheath region results in the formation of a global V‐shaped channel structure in both the heliopause and the termination shock surfaces. The physical processes involved in the formation of the V‐shaped heliosphere is closely related with that of a bipolar‐flow type Planetary Nebulae.
