We calculate the time-dependence of the micro-channel coherence in complex quantum collisions. It is argued that this micro-channel coherence undergoes correlation phase transitions: initially the micro-channel coherence is absent and it switches on spontaneously by abrupt jumps at precisely defined moments of time. As time proceeds further the micro-channel correlations decay exponentially. A possibility for experimental test of the predicted effect is proposed.
