Measurements on open charm and beauty production in ep collisions at a center-of-mass energy of s=300 GeV performed by the H1 experiment at HERA are presented. Final states containing charm are identified by the reconstruction of D meson. Events containing muons and at least two jets were used to select data samples enriched with beauty. The results cover the region of negative four-momentum transfer squared, Q2, from photoproduction (Q2≈0) to deep inelastic scattering. The experimental results are compared with QCD predictions.
