The correction factors evaluation, concerning the exposure absolute measurements and air-kerma calculations for gamma rays, have been determinated as well as their uncertainties for a standard graphite ionization chamber. Since 1998, the ionization graphite chamber is the mexican national standard for exposure and air-kerma quantities. It has been developped by the Secondary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory of the National Intitute for Nuclear Research (ININ). Also, the graphite chamber was compared with secondary ionization chambers calibrated at NPL and IAEA.
