Four years of TeV observations by means of telescope SHALON on SHALON-ALATOO mountain observatory are received data on the fluxes of gamma-quanta with energy 1012–1013 Galactic objects (Crab Nebula, Supernova Remnant Tycho and binary source in our Galactic Cygnus X-3). Observed fluxes from already known sources at about equal: 10−12cm−2s−1. It is the such intensity which observed from extragalactic gamma-sources, although the distances from Earth to Galactic and Extragalactic Sources differ for about 104 times, thant means into 108 times lager intensity then observed extragalactic sources. With allowance for the limited number of sources in our Galactic in comparison with Metagalactic it is necessary to suppose the predominantly extragalactic origin of the cosmic rays with energy more than 1013eV.
