A bibliography on laser processing of semiconductors

This bibliography covers the use of lasers for processing semiconductor materials, typically for annealing implantation damage or forming junctions. However, scribing, welding, etc., are not covered. Some related topics, such as heat flow in semiconductors, are included if the papers are relevant to the primary aspect of the bibliography. The work on memory effects from laser‐mediated structure changes in glasses has not been covered. The cutoff date for the bibliography is late 1978. Sources such as Applied Physics Letters, Current Contents, and Chemical Titles were scanned up to the last issue of 1978. The items are arranged in reverse chronological order, most recent items first. Within each year, the arrangement is by first author.
