The transportation sector is particularly important for the development of any modern society, as a means of economic growth. The successful development of the transport sector relies heavily on the advancement of the sales and service departments within the sector. The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the impact, improve and refine the emotional intelligence of leaders involved in the management of transportation companies, with the ultimate goal of ensuring successful management outcomes.
