In this work, the improvement of school students thinking and imagination skills using simulation methods in the teaching of physics department of electricity and magnetism was studied experimentally. A number of programs such as PhET Interactive simulation, PhET Circuit Simulation were used as simulations. The experiment was conducted in the general education school No. 15 in the city of Urgench, Khorezm region, and as a result of the experiment, it was shown that it is possible to improve the thinking and imagination skills of students by teaching using simulations. The effectiveness of the experimental group compared to the standard group of school students increased by 18.87%, and it was proved that the level of knowledge of school students can be increased in a short time by using simulations. Experiments were conducted in the 15th general education school for a month, and the change of school students was analyzed for each day. In the experiment, school students learning was divided into high, medium and low categories.
