This paper delves into the thermal characteristics of mixed organic fibre materials, providing professionals and researchers with crucial information to gain understanding of thermal management systems. The investigation focuses on natural fibres, including jute, sisal, coconut, and banana, and examines how hybridization affects thermal conductivity, stability, and heat transfer efficiency. The study examines a range of thermal testing techniques, including as drop pounds, the Charpy, and examined impact testing, in addition to analytical methods like the analysis of finite elements. It is explained how surface treatments like high-pressure steaming and silane treatment can be improved. A crucial instrument that clarifies the distinct phases of thermal deterioration of particular natural fibres, such as banana, kenaf, jute, bamboo, cotton, pine cone, ramie, okra, Arundo Donax, artichoke, Grewia Optiva, and Lygeum Spartum, is thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In addition to giving a thorough overview of natural fibres and their composites, the review also covers recent developments in natural fibre concrete. In conclusion, it emphasises the need of effective manufacturing techniques, the promise of organic fibre-based polymer composites for environmentally friendly automotive production, and the possible use of Nano cellulose-based hybrids in cars and trucks.
