Total quality management has been recognized by all organizations, particularly those in the construction sector, as the key to competition and excellence. It is now used as a philosophy and methodology for growth, sustainability, and competition with other businesses. Iraq shares several issues with other developing nations, including access to a position that sets it apart from developed nations and true progress that satisfies market demands. A framework has been created to address these problems, enable firms in Iraq to rise to the high levels observed in the construction industry, and motivate personnel to succeed in this field. This study intends to offer useful facts and insights that can aid the Iraqi construction industry, notably in the adoption of TQM values and culture, which will increase competition. The factors that adopted could help organizations keep up with the rapid performance improvements in the construction sector, ensuring that they are able to achieve their goals effectively.
