In this communication, we have synthesized Lead Zirconate Titanate Pb[Zr0.52Ti0.48]O3 utilizing the high-temperature Solid state reaction method. Based on X-ray diffraction examinations, the structure of the sample was found to be monoclinic in space group C1m1. The real part of the impedance falls with a rise in temperature indicating that the nature of PZT ceramic is similar to semiconductors. The relaxation phenomena were represented by the peaks of the data plot between Z” and log f at higher temperatures.
