There will be an application of the docking method in order to demonstrate that extracts from Moringa oleifera possess antibacterial properties. Methodologies and Instruments for Research: PubChem, Drug bank, and PDB are some of the sources that produce the three-dimensional structures of proteins and ligands. There are two distinct groups of twenty photos that are included in the collection. Every single one of the study’s picture files is a 512×512 pixel PNG with a resolution of 96 dots per inch. For the purpose of determining the sample size using G power, a pre-test power of eighty percent and an alpha value of just five percent were utilised. The total number of samples will be thirty, with ten coming from each of the groups. An examination into the docking of ligands and proteins was carried out with the assistance of auto dock software. For the purpose of analysing the interaction statistics, we utilised the IBM SPSS programme. The findings indicate that clindamycin, out of the three antibiotics that were examined, had the highest affinity for the protein. On the other hand, myricetin and amoxicillin exhibited decreased affinity for the protein. The values of the binding affinity were compared with the help of the SPSS programme. According to the results of an independent t test, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups. More precisely, there was no statistically significant difference between Myricetin and Clindamycin (p=0.1405) and between Myricetin and Amoxicillin (p=0.0718). Clindamycin is better to other antibiotics in this aspect because it inhibits Staphylococcus aureus Clumping Factor A in a more effective and selective manner than other antibiotics.
