This study’s objective is to determine the extent to which the insecticides dicofol and new methoxychlor have an impact on the pace of growth of cluster bean plants (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). Detailed instructions and materials: The space designated for study is for a total of 400 square feet. There are two categories that were chosen. In this particular investigation, dicofol was utilised as a medication for the purpose of experimentation, whereas fresh methoxychlor served as the control. Each of the groups has twenty samples, bringing the total number of samples to forty. In order to estimate G-Power, a sample size test calculator that was available on clinical.com was utilised. An 80 percent confidence interval, a 0.05 threshold, and a 95 percent threshold were all set up in the calculator during its first configuration. The state of Tamil Nadu was the location where soil testing was carried out. The findings showed that new methoxychlor only generated a plant that was 2.23 feet tall when it was employed as a pesticide, but dicofol created a plant that was 3.8 feet tall. It is statistically significant to have a significance value of 0.003 (p<0.05) in the statistical analysis. It appears that there is a difference between the two groups that is capable of becoming statistically significant. According to the findings of this research, cluster plants that were treated with dicofol insecticides grew to a substantially greater height than those that were treated with new methoxychlor.
