An experimental and computational testing of NACA 64210 airfoil with serration has been analyzed for both noise and drag reduction. Even types of serrations with equal angles were analyzed. The airfoil model was first designed in CATIA and analysis was carried out using ANSYS. Computational results show that the serration can reduce noise. Then the experimental testing was carried out in subsonic wind tunnel in which drag of serrated wing was reduced when comparing with unserrated wing. The Acoustic testing has been employed in a specially made setup and as expected noise got reduced.
