Using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), this study analyzes the corrosion resistance of novel coating materials such as Polyurethane-Based Epoxy, Ceramic Nano-Coating, Graphene-Enhanced Polymer, and Zinc-Aluminum Alloy. The characteristics research indicates notable differences, with Ceramic Nano-Coating demonstrating a significant 40% increase in hardness (500 HV) and Graphene-Enhanced Polymer exhibiting a remarkable 20% rise in adhesion strength (18 MPa) when compared to Polyurethane-Based Epoxy. Ceramic Nano-Coating demonstrated a remarkable 900% increase in testing time, according to the EIS criteria. The EIS findings show that Ceramic Nano-Coating has a 40% decrease in corrosion rate (0.03 mpy), confirming its higher resistance. Cross-sectional study reveals improved structural integrity, especially in the Graphene-Enhanced Polymer, which has a stunning 100% decrease in porosity (2%). This multifaceted investigation not only advances scientific knowledge of corrosion resistance, but also gives useful insights for practical applications, paving the way for the selection and design optimization of coatings in various and demanding situations.
